THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN EACH USER AND FindMyCareer.com. ACCESS TO THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO USERS WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
